Sewer line pipe size

am disconnecting from septic tank to hook up into sewer line--what size pipe is best--i will have 2-45 degree turns from old septic tank to hit sewer line--would i need 2 clean out pipes at those turns--any advice appreciated--gene thanks

Use whichever size is coming from the house and put the two cleanouts at the house, opposing each other, so the one closest to the house points towards the septic and the further one points back to the house.
