American Standard Concord Toilet

I'm looking for something to replace the ball float and old water inlet valve in this toilet. In looking for something to replace it, it seems I can't find info on whether they (fluidmaster, hushflo, etc) fit these low profile toilets. Also, it has a side push hande. Therefore not set up as a regular toilet. Can someone help me, or direct me to find any info?
