san tee vs wye&45

looking at ten year old home for family member,from toilet flange to two 45 bends 15 in.drop horizontal run to stack 20in.instead of san tee they used wye&45 at stack is this ok?

For the toilet, that is fine,
Not fine if for other fixtures.

For a toilet it either does not cause a problem or makes the toilet flush better, but an inspector might not approve it.

Since it serves a toilet, the wye and 1/8th bend do not put the weir of the trap at risk of siphon, so it's fine.
