eco clayton adjustable??

I am looking at the eco clayton. Our roughin is 13 1/2. Is the eco clayton one of the models that can be adjusted so it does not stick out from the wall?

If the spec sheet doesn't say it uses the Uni-fit adapter, no, it is designed for a fixed rough-in. Note, only some skirted Toto toilets use this adapter. If you look at the pic of the Clayton, you can see the trap in the porcelain...
