Toto-Flusher

I am not used to the to To insides, the toilet is flushing well & filling well, but water is running into the overflow pipe for a while & then shuts off. Please advise how to adjust water, since not familar with to-to flapper is good.

The fill valve has a small tube that feeds into the overflow tube, filling the bowl after a flush. This is how most toilets work.

If the valve does not shut off, then it may need to be cleaned or repaired,
