I have an ongoing problem with water spraying out from the end of my tub diverter spout. I have replaced the spout more than once with the same problem. It seems like the slider type valves at the end are cheaply made and usually leaks from the start (hardware store replacement spouts). I have about a 60psi water pressure. I was hoping somebody could recommend a quality replacement part that would not leak, and possibly where to order online. Thanks for any help on this!

I've seen the pros here recommend the Delta divertor tub spout. You might want to look for one of those.

Thanks for the quick response. I've ordered the Delta spout.

Be sure it is the "pull down" diverter spout, not one with a knob on the top.
