Help with Toto Power Gravity toilet...

Hi folks,

I desperately need your help in figuring out why there is no water coming in through the valve to the tank.

Last night there was so loud water running sounds coming (I think) from the fill valve.

This afternoon the water in the toilet bowl took a long time to fill so I thought maybe the water pressure was not enough so I open the water valve a bit but it made it worse. Now I cannot even flush because there is no incoming water.

Any ideas?

Is there a screw in the top of the fill valve or, not?
