Repairing sewer line at cleanout

I've got a break in my PVC sewer line at (or near) the point where the long turn wye attaches (at least I think it is a long turn wye). There is actually two - one going toward the street and the other going back towards the house.

Is this a DIY repair? Other than digging down 2-3 feet, is there anything I need to consider?

Once you dig it up you will know if you can do it or have somebody else do it for you.

In any case, digging down to the pipe should be the hardest part of the job, regardless of who actually fixes it.
