Many new homes have "builder grade" toilets. Even if the home is priced at one million dollars.

It's hard for a homebuilder to compete with other builders on something that doesn't have obvious value to the homeowner.

It's not uncommon to get a call to replace them with performance grade toilets.
In the report, you will read and learn what you need to know to make an informed choice. There are homeowner review pages too, where you can read and comment on models.

I've added the Eljer Titan (http://www.easycarts.net/ecarts/terrylove/Eljer_toilets.html)to my list of toilets sold.

I'm still liking the Toto Drake better though.
I just picked up some Drake ADA's too this week.

For those that are looking at nice looking ADA's, I've been also stocking the Toto Dartmouth and Clayton
