No water pressure in one tub, rest of house fine

I recently noticed I have no water pressure in one tub/shower in my house. The water never turns on. The remainder of the house is fine. What is going on?

The faucet is a Moen, I'm not sure about the pipes. The house is about 14 years old although I've only lived in it about 1 year - so I'm just assuming the pipes and faucet are 14 years old. We rarely use this bathtub/shower.

I am thinking stem is gunked up and just needs to be replaced.
I have replaced a few moen stems because of this.

That would be a Moen Positemp valve then.
