Toilet Flange pipe to 90 bend: Extension

Need a flange pipe extension to bridge the gap between flange pipe and the street bend when a subfloor is raised. As an alternative, can a No Hub Adapter be used to bridge this gap - or are there other alternatives? Pipe is Sched. 40 ABS 3".
