moen 3 function transfer valve

I have installed moen shower with 4 jet heads. When I turn it on I can get the shower head to come on only, but not just the jets, (shower head drips). Is there some magic way to adjust the valve that controls between the shower head and the shower jets.

Is the water volume good at the 4 jets. You may need to up-size your water lines because you installed a multi-jet unit. Your old plumbing may not be able to handle it.

Sounds like your diverter cartridge is bad. call Moen at 1-800-289-6636 to order a new diverter cartridge #116719.
