Low water flow in 2nd bathroom

How do I diagnose the cause of low water flow/pressure in our 2nd bathroom? The house was completely remodeled 5 years ago and water flow is fine throughout with the exception of this bathroom. Both the sink, particulary the hot wate, and the shower are affected. The sink faucet is also quite LOUD. There are recirculating devices for quick hot water (the one in the kitchen has already ceased functioning but, that's for another thread).

Any ideas?

It could be caused by mineral build-up in the showerhead and sink aerator. Remove both and try the pressure.
If the pressure is good, soak the showerhead and aerator in vinegar overnight to dissolve the mineral build-up, cleanout any other ldebris, and see if that doesn't help.
