low pressure/no water

Hey

I recently fixed a minor leak in the bathroom sink but in order to fix the problem I had turned of the supply valves under neath to lift the sink up(including faucets) and turn it up side down.

After fixing the leak and I had turned on the supply valves but now the water stopped coming out/low pressure. Sometimes it starts working fine but other items there is little or no water coming out of the tap.

How can I fix it?

Unscrew the aerator of the end of the faucet spout. It's clogged.
