What are the best replacements for a 10" rough-in, really would like Toto. Also, water supply line will not accommodate skirted bottom. Thanks.

To tell the truth, I have not had any problems with any name brand 10" toilet purchased from a plumbing wholesaler. Those from Home Depot and similar might not have the same track record.
