weight of water at higher altitude

It's hard to say for sure... The weight will vary because of atmosheric pressure but there are also other factors that come into play including temperature of the water which changes its density, and its specific location on the earth as gravitation pull varies at different locations and altitudes.

Instead of weight maybe mass would give you the numbers you are interested in.

water

Not enough for you to worry about. Now, if it were in a rocket having a trajectory, then centrifugal and centripidal forces might have an effect on it.
