Passport tub does not turn on

I have a passport ensemble that is 14yrs old and pushing the button doesn't activate the jacuzzi tub; could it be a burned out motor and if so what is the solution...my house has sold and is ready to be be purchased...I need help now...any ideas.

1) Make sure the breaker is on, or that the GFI has not tripped.

2) Check to see that the plastic air tube is connected between the air switch and the motor.
