Leaking toilet

My toilet has been leaking from the base at the front of the toilet. It only happens every few days. I went ahead and replaced the wax ring and caulked around the toilet. Now 4 days later it is leaking again from the same spot in the front. I know that the seal was put on perfect so I have no clue why it's still leaking.

I did notice that there is a section of tile missing under the toilet. Could that have anything to do with the leak? Thanks in advance

Once the toilet is seated, does it rock at all? If it does, it will destroy the seal. If the seal at the flange is okay, then you either have a crack in the toilet, a defect, or possibly it is coming from the tank to bowl connection or the filler valve to tank. Another possibility is just condensation.

The toilet is solid no rocking at all. I don't think it's coming from the tank because the water is always in the very font of the toilet. It must be some sort of defect with the actual toilet.

Also just to make sure would the missing tile piece under the toilet be any reason for a leak?

The toilet derives no support from the flange - the bolts just hold it in place; the rim of the toilet supports all of the weight. If the toilet sits firmly on the floor without rocking, it should be okay. The flange must be supported by the subflooring well to act as the anchor for the toilet and to keep the wax seal intact. A gap in the tile under there should not be the source of a leak unless that gap allowed the flange to flex (i.e., not support the rim of the flange).

Does you flange set on top of the finished floor as it is supposed to or is it recessed? If it is recessed, you may want to use a thicker wax ring.
