My showerhead is dripping even when I turn my knobs off all the way, I tried re-adjusting the knobs a little and the hot one seems to respond slightly but I was wondering what to do?

You need to turn off the main water to the house; then remove the shower handles and trim, and remove the stems. Take the parts to a plumbing supply house to get new stems and seats.
