Sand point cleaning

How do i clean the sand point (back pressure from a compressor up to 90 psi) or replace it?

Do nu well tablets work and if so where can I purchase them?

should the tank have about 20 psi in it or less mine has 30 psi right now.

Tank pressure should be two pounds less than the turn on pressure of the Pump.
