Hello:

I am placing fixtures for two bathrooms that are stacked and must work with an offset partition wall on the 2nd floor bath. I have attached an elevation section that shows my proposed circuit vent to cope with the offset partition.
Can someone tell me if this is remotely code compliant? Basically, I am using a 1/4 bend to offset the main vent.

Thanks

Robs

I can't tell from the picture where the waste line is, and where the vent is.

The upstairs plumbing must come down with out entering the vents from below.
You would have one or two vents going up, and at least one waste line.

The vents can have changes of direction using med 90 els.

How most walls are done without the offset.
