Not sure if I am missing a piece (the box, instructions, etc. all got thrown away, thankyouverymuch) but installed a Moen 3867 handheld shower with slide bar. I CANNOT get the showerhead to face down while in it's holder - it will NOT bend, so the water shoots straight across the shower instead of over me. I have called Moen several times; loosened the screw on the slider. Even tried forcing the shower head into position. The slider will move up/down and side to side on the bar, but not 'forward'(?) There doesn't seem to be any rotational device between slider and shower holder. Anyone else have this problem?
