I have two Mansfield frost free faucets. When I try to turn off one faucet, I believe water pressure forces the faucet open. The handle moves back towards me. Can I repair the faucet or do I have to replace it? I tried to remove the handle, but the screw won't turn.

Repairs may be possible, but when you consider the time, effort and cost of parts, compared to the cost of a new unit it may not be worth it.

I wouldn't bother trying to fix it I would just replace it.
