Apologies ahead of time if this is the wrong forum for this question - I'm a newb on this site...

I've got a really tight space with a 14" rough-in. The current toilet is a 12" rough-in and is 29" from back wall to front-of-bowl. This leaves 8" clearance in front of the toilet. Yep.

Nothing will work great in this space, but if I could find a 14" rough-in toilet that was even just 26" or 27" front to back, it would at least be usable for adults.

I've done a good bit of searching here and on the Toto and American Standard websites, but haven't found anything in the ballpark yet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Most 14 toilets consist of a 12" bowl, with a thicker tank.
That would mean something like a round front Toto Drake would be 29.25" from the wall.
A Toto with Unifit, would give you an elongated bowl, moved back with a 14" Unifit a distance of 28.75"
You gain 1/2" from the wall, and get the elongated bowl.

Basically, there is not much you can do to improve the space there.

At one time, 14" toilets were a 12" toilet with the outlet moved forward 2" so they installed to the same dimensions as a 12" toilet. Now, most of them are 12" toilets with a 2" thicker tank so the toilet sticks 2" farther into the room when it is a 14" measurement. If you can find a dedicated 14" toilet, you will know it because it will use the same tank model as a 12" one, then you will save space.
