I need 3 good performing 10" rough toilets for a remodel. What toilet to get?

I have several questions and issues.
10" rough in.
Wall to front of bowl dimension.
Water supply 5-6 inches from centerline.
Price.
Do all Toto Unifits perform the same?

My old ones are only 10.5". Also, my round bowl old toilets measure 26 1/4 inch maximum dimension from wall to end of bowl. One bathroom has limited space 24" in front of the toilet bowl.

I understand that building code asks for 24 inches in front of the bowl and 15 inches from centerline to either side wall or cabinet.
For one toilet, I think I will be stuck with a small round front toilet if I stay to code.

Plumbers, take a look at the book link, it doesn't look like any plumbing I've ever seen. Have any of you other plumbers seen plumbing laid out that way? I work with UPC code, which the book says it's base on. Is it in Martian?

Toto's 10" seem to be the Unifit models and the C703 or 704. But C703-4 are splashy from personal experience. The Unifits might be too large as they measure 28.5" or so from wall to end of bowl.

The Toto residential site shows Unifit models including

Carlyle MS874114S, Carolina MS884114, Carrollton CST774, Name unknown MS914114, Pacifica one piece MS904114, Pacifica 2 piece CST804S, Vespin CST764s . I scanned Terry's site and

Vespin CST764s seems the least expensive.

Do they flush well? Do all Unifit models perform the same?

My water supply is 5 to 6 inches from the toilet centerline. This is too small for Unifits. I hope the plumber can move the water supply. If not, maybe it will be the Cadet 3.

Thanks for any suggestions.

A 10" rough is a B***ch!

Low end stuff could be something like a Niagara Flapperless with the sliding tank, Cadet 3 with 10" tank, Toto CST703.10 with the compact bowl. Just make sure you open boxes and check em out good. Jamie went and installed a round bowl Cadet that came out of a box marked elongated. A/S isn't real picky about what goes into a box. Lucky for us, the homeowner decided to take the round bowl, it could have been worse. A mismarked box in the Seattle area can mean a lot of travel time going back and forth between Bellevue and Seattle.

Then you jump into some pressure assist models with 10" tanks, like a Gerber, yeah, OK but still not loving it.

And then bowls that can be moved with a Unifit adapter for certain bowls listed above for Toto. These as mentioned above, are only in the elongated versions. Which is fine, except for those tight bathrooms in old homes built for tiny people.
They tend to cost a bit more, yeah, get out the wheat bread Momma, it's Grand Salami Time.
Some of the wider bowls at the back like the Vespin, Carlyle and Carolina need 7" for the water supply to center, if you don't have it, then you can solder on a 90 el and a short piece of copper pipe and move the valve out a bit.
Models like the Guinevere and the Soiree will work with about 5" and better. You spend a bit more on these, but it would be very rare to have to move a shutoff. Did I mention that they kick *aa?
Hey, who's putting those stars in there?
If you go the the kick *ss ones, then you are only adding something like $47 to 10" kit it. And when you're done, nobody will know you had to use it.

Do all Unifit Adapters work the same? Well........pretty much they do.
The deluxer ones have CEFIONTECT and maybe the double cyclone rinse.

Is it a 10" 12" or 14" rough?
With a Unifit adapter and a Toto skirted bowl, it could be any of these.

In the Seattle area, I'm bringing in some 10" Toto Drake toilets.
They only need 9-1/4" to install.

CST744EF.10 or CST744SF.10

Comfort height, elongated bowl with either the 1.28 gallon Watersense Eco Flush
or the 1.6 gallon G-Max flush.

Toto Vespin II CST474CEFG with SS114 Softclose seat.
This bowl was installed on a 13-1/2" rough-in using the 14" Unifit adapter.
The water shutoff can be as close as 5-1/2" to the left of center, unless it's higher off the floor, and then it can be even closer to center.
This shutoff had been replaced with a new 1/4 turn valve with brass nipple through the wall.
Installation was by James Love of Love Plumbing & Remodel 206-949-5683
In some of the older Seattle homes, the old toilets had been wall mounted tank toilets.
Those typically are 14" rough-in and need a flange repair to use standard closet bolt connections at the flange.
Everything is on the truck for that.
The Vespin comes with a standard 12" adapter or you can order a 10" or 14" adapter depending on your rough-in distance.
