hot water from cold tap

why does hot water come out of cold tap when we just open the tap.

no , there is no such a thing in the system.what we have is a wall-hung baxi luna for heating (radiant floor/air handler) and dhw . this thing happens just a couple of seconds after opening the cold tap and then everything goes normal .

It could be from many possibilities. One being that the pipe is near a hot water pipe and the water heats while standing in the pipe.
