Everyone,

I want to put in two sinks into our bathroom. We want to put in wall mounted sinks that have the p trap exposed. In all the examples that I have seen, the two p traps are symmetrically positioned around the main drain. Is this necessary? Is the plan below OK?

Thanks
Jonathan

No, that layout won't pass inspection.

For two lavs, you can use a 2x1.5x1.5x1.5 fixture cross

2" vent here also vents the toilet.

Not if it has to be inspected. You can run the horizontal line lower and then turn up between the two sinks with a back to back fixture fitting and arms going to the two sinks with the vent continuing vertical to a point 42" above the floor and then tied back to the existing vertical pipe.
