New garage plumbing question...

Building a new shop with a 2 piece bathroom. My question is does the toilet and sink have to be vented? If so, do you run a vent through the roof? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance here are some pics of the shop as it sits now

Every fixture has to be vented, and the vent should go to the roof.

Yup.
a) cut hole
b) put vent through hole
c) put flashing



on pipe
d) put on roof.

You've probably got one or more of these roof vents on the house -- just copy what they did, remembering that water runs downhill.
