Mine cuts on at 35~40ish and cuts off 55ish. I have no idea what kind of pump is in the ground. Does this seem to be a normal cycle PSI? Is there such a thing? I've not fooled around with this to much but I do know how to adj. the psi settings. Just wondering if there is a normal setting.

35/55 is a normal pressure range for a pump system. What is important is the amount of time between cycles. The pump must run for at least 1 minute, and be off for at least 1 minute. BUT, even a 2 minute cycle can mean 700 cycles for every 24 hours the pump is used. Cycling is what destroys pumps, motors, pressure switches, bladder tanks, etc. The less number of times the pump cycles, the longer your pump system will last.
