Chrome Pipe Cover/Sleeve

I'm looking for a way to plumb supplies out from the floor but need them to be chrome since they will be visible under a console sink.

I can't use the small valve/chrome stub setups they sell because they are too short.

There is a bottom shelf on the console so the stops need to be around 18"-20" up from the floor.

Is there some way to cover copper tubing with a chrome sleeve, or are really long chrome nipple my only option?
