from my limited experience of installing wirbo pex in my house, i would say no.

Most of the used Wirsbo expanders you will see on E-Bay were used by DiYers on a project at home then seeing as they were done and never going to use it again are selling them on E-Bay to get some of their money back.
I'd say most plumbers once they have bought a tool even if they probably will never use it again will keep it just in case.
So more than likely you are looking at a light usage tool.
