Clay sediment on the 2 filters

i try to find out what i can do i have a well 110 meter deep and i get Clay sediment on the 2 filters i have also if i let the water stay for a night i have a tiny oil film on top of the water i like to know what it is is it clay i use a 10micron and a 1 micron filter and a coal filter and still have this problem i am a german living n the philippines so sorry for the bad english

The filters are not helping obviously. If you are concerned about the oil on the water, I would have the water tested to see if it's even safe to use.
