The handheld part of our shower broke and we're having a hard time trying to find a replacement part. According to the maintenance instructions (which we got from the previous owner of the house), the shower is a 'DAL' product and used to be distributed by KBI Industries in Michigan. We're pretty sure it's a European product after taking the part to several plumbing fixture dealers in the Seattle area.
Has anyone heard of this manufacturer?
