Main Floor Toilet - Use 45s or 90 Elbow below Floor?

I have a question regarding proper toilet installation.

Is there anything wrong with installing two 45s directly below the toilet flange to gradually reach the main stack or should this have been on 90 with enough drop to clear the floor joists? I think that they hot water line might have been too close to the 90 otherwise.

Those don't look like normal 45s. They look like vent fittings and would therefore not be acceptable. Regular 45 degree bends have a space between the hubs.
