Mine are:

1. Ridgid K-60
2. GPS-was able to fit 1-2 extra customers a day just because I didn't have to look at a map.
3. 12" channelocks
4. Level-12", 24", 60"
5. Sawzall

What's yours?

sidenote-my dremel is starting to make a bid on this list. Not used very often but will make a hard job done easy.

I love the dremel too, wouldn't leave home without it or my sawzall. Self igniting torch makes the list too http://www.bernzomatic.com/bernzomatic/consumer/jhtml/index.jhtml .

Good tool tote (bag) and adjustable wrenches.

I love tools.

GPS sounds cool. Laptop is up there not top 5 though.

In no particular order:
Various cordless tools.
Ratcheting box wrenches.
Computer (it allows me to get information without having to rely on my suppliers).
Dewalt Timberwolf and Lenox auto feed wood bits.
A pleasant disposition (which allows one to get along with other tradesmen, avoiding conflict, increasing productivity, and reducing stress)

tools

My five favorite tools change depending on which job I am doing at the moment. When threading pipe the 300 or 700 drives are right up there, but then when I go to 2 1/2" to 4" then the 141 die moves up the line along with the big cutter, reamer and pipe rests.

trigger light mapp torch (1 lb. bottle)
