Once the merger is complete, Donald C. Devine, President and CEO of American Standard America, will lead the new company and Kevin Oak, CEO of Crane Plumbing, will become COO. Jim Harris, CEO of Eljer, will be part of the integration steering committee.

So once they merge, Jim Harris is getting the short end of the stick?

Once they merge, they willmost likely move all
their jobs either down to mexico, or over to china
and then import their new sub-standard junk back
to us gulllible americans.....
