I have narrowed my new toilet decision down to 2 tolets: Tota Ultramax and Standard Champion.

does the Toto Ultramax come in 13L?

does the American Standard Champion 1 piece come in 13L?

Do either come with Pressure Assist or are they both Gravity?

I can't seem to see any indication of either on the websites.

Also, do either toilets come with an insulated tank?

(I am Canadian.. so the 1.6gallon law doesn't apply for us)

Unless they are made in Canada for Canadians, then the answer is no, because they are not permitted to make them in the U.S.

Mansfield makes a 3.5 gallon toilet. You can't get them in the US but you probably can for Canada. www.mansfieldplumbing.com

I've been selling 6 liter toilets to Canadians here in the Seattle area.
The good ones work better than what Canada has.
Since only 6 liters will leave the tank, it hardly matters if they are insulated.
They work on gravity, but use a 3" flushvalve instead of the older 2".

The Toto 3" flush valve. As big as you will ever need.
The old valves between tank and bowl were 2"

Champion Flush valve tower. Also 3", but with magnets and more parts.
They now have a replacement, called a 4, that goes into a 3" outlet.

If the flush valve leaks, like they do on some of the Champion's (http://www.terrylove.com/wwwboard/messages2/42893.html), then you would have sweating.
