Bath Remodel

I need to remodel a small bathroom that will involve moving all of the fixture locations and replacing all of them with new ones.

I have attached an isometric drawing that approximates the intended DWV layout. It's a small cabin in SW Colorado that has a rather narrow crawlspace.

I would appreciate any comments about the workability of what I've sketched.
