Am on city water

starting with no pressure in the kitchen sink, lasted for about a week, changed the washer assembly, then nothing changed, still no pressure.

Have pressure all over the house except kitchen sink

yesterday, shower head no pressure, checked the kitchen and have pressure, and still pressure all over the house except the bathroom shower, have pressure in bathroom sink, toilet but not shower

there is a pipe gremlin crawling through your plumbing. wherever it falls asleep, that is where the problem is. they can only get out through a tub spigot or outside hose (which is where they get in)

your downstairs neighbor is remodelling, and messing with your supply.

yes the shower drips, I had a hard time stopping it, but it eventually quit

You just need a plumber to check your system, because the two problems you have are not related, even though you think they are.
