I have a 470 that all of a sudden lost water pressure hot & cold side. What could be the problem? I removed head and there still seems to be no pressure.

I would take it fully apart to see if you have something stuck inside. Your supplies could be kinked maybe check them also. It is rather hard to tell with out standing at it. I assume your other faucets are fine?
