3" plastic stem extensions

I need to replace a stem extension that was lost---cant get any info from places I have been.Faucet is about 15-20 years old.
Diverter extension has Broach N Bottom and Broach S Top and is straight.
The Hot/Cold are at an offset and both have Broach S Tops and Bottoms.
I hope Someone can Tell me what Manufacturer it is and availability of parts as this has got me stumped to no end

Believe they maybe older moen chateau style--If anyone knows if the older ones were offset a bit
