My wife and I loved the Toto dual flush (6/3 liter) toilet in our Vietnam hotel. Can this toilet be purchased in the USA? Can it be had in the ADA height? The japanese Toto web site shows this model (Omni line), and states that it has a "wash down system". What is a wash down system? Is it similar to the system that Caroma uses? Thanks

Toto makes several dual flush toilets for the US market.
They call it the Aquia
CST412MF
CST412MF.10
CST414M
CST416M
CST4164MF
They are wash down bowls with a two button release on the top of the tank.

Ifo makes a dual flush toilet. Not sure where it's made but there is a North American distributor in California. I came across it while searching for something else so didn't pay it much mind. I think it has different rough in dimensions than used here so it probably wouldn't work if replacing an existing toilet.
