Looks like its a pretty good distance away - I'd say yes you do need a vent for it.
Is that a 3" drain?
I don't know what code you're under, but here, there would be several problems, one of which would be wet-venting the horizontal tub vent with a sink, and the other being the way you didn't get the wye branches on the other horizontal vents tilted above the invert of the pipe. And I'm wondering why you couldn't get enough depth to use the continuous waste and vent system rather than having to vent horizontally?
