Caroma Wall Mount install - plumber about to kill me..

So I decided to go with Caroma Walvit wall mounted toilets for our renovation without consulting my plumber. I know, I know - I won't do it again...

He has installed many Geberit toilets and loves the way their in-wall carrier bracket bolts in at both the floor and wall. The Caromas' came with a carrier bracket that appears to bolt in just at the bottom - no large bolt holes on the sides. The bracket came with no bolts and no instructions...

I have to say that the support literature that came with these toilets is not terribly helpful and out of date. I have called Caroma USA, but the calls just go into voicemail...

Has anyone installed one of these? Any advice to offer?
