no hot water when using the bathroom faucet

What is wrong with my faucet if no hot water comes out when the hot water handle is turned on.
Note: the cold water handle works fine.
It is not the handle itself (stripped inside), We took the handle off and when turning the stem with a pliers, no water came out.

Did you just move into the house or was it working and all of a sudden it stopped?

Do you have hot water every where else in the house?
