Low pressure cut-out protection ???

I have an in-line booster pump with a pressure switch and tank which is all fine, but we have an unreliable rural water supply to the pump and sometimes the pump runs dry. How do I protect the pump against this situation and make sure it does not run when the water fails? Thanks.

The Square D FSG-2/M4 pressure switch has the low pressure cut out feature. It isn't full proof, but it is better than no protection.
