Shower rod--no press-fit.

My wife wants a shiny chrome shower rod. She doesn't like the nice and easy pressure fit jobs due to the bump in the pipe. Where can I find one of these? Seems the big box only carries the curve model, which might not work as well with a 60" sterling unit.

The better ones need to be cut to fit. You can use a curved one, it should be able to be attached to the walls as well as anything. The more you spend, the heavier gauge the pipe and chrome plating.

I would also suggest getting the curtain hooks with ball bearing roller balls. I got the idea from a hotel I stayed at. Big difference.
