Drain from Garbage Disposal

New house last week. My wife wants the garbage disposal in the right basin like our last house rather than in the left basin as this house is currently arranged. The disposal fits but the stub out winds up being almost exactly the same height as the drain from the disposal. If I install a P Trap and come back up to the stub out will it still drain?

If the drain from the disposal is too low for proper grade from the right sink and the left sink is shallower (and has proper grade to the trap arm), you may be stuck with it's current location...

If the outlet is too high, and water has to remain in the disposer continually, then you will create many long term problems.
