Toto Runs Sometimes

I bought a toto (Drake CST744S-01White/Cotton EL) from you in August and LOVE IT! But.... Sometimes it just runs and runs! Bowl is full and I don't see extra water washing the bowl, tank fills to a point and the flapper is seated but the water keeps running! If I mess with the supply hose it appers to suddenly fill normally and flushes fine for a week or two! I can't imagine what the problem is! Any Idea?

If it is a flexable stainless steel supply be sure it is not twisted or partly kinked.

If you used the old one when installing the toilet replace it.

When I install them I use longer ones and gently loop it so there is no hard turns.
