Aqua Aair V200 pressure tank

11 year old V200 tank with too low pressure. Pressure at top is 28#. What are insturctions for draining and refilling tank? How can I determine if bladder has hole or is otherwise no good? Many thanks

Those tanks were famous for having short lives.

Push the tank sideways just enough to see if it feels heavy. If so, it's probably bad. If it is quite light, turn off the pump, let all pressure in the system down to zero, then check the air pressure in the tank.
